Ordering & shipping

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship within the United States, and shipping is free on U.S. orders. Orders ship by UPS or USPS with tracking.

When will I get tracking?
We'll email your tracking number when your order ships. If you haven't received it or need a delivery estimate, email sales@smokeandserve.com with your order number.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Email sales@smokeandserve.com with your order number right away. We can fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at no charge, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email sales@smokeandserve.com with your order number. If it's already shipped, you can return it under our return policy.

Returns

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after you receive your order to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email sales@smokeandserve.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us right away (a photo helps) and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Using your Smoke & Serveβ„’

How many drinks can I smoke at once?
One to four. Each glass gets its own port. Cork the ports you're not using.

Do I need more chips for more glasses?
No. A pinch of chips makes enough smoke for one to four glasses.

Will it work with my glasses?
Yes. Any style of glass works upside down on top of the tray to smoke the glass. To smoke finished drinks, flip the tray over them. It fits over most standard whiskey glasses; glasses under 4 in. tall fit underneath.

How long do the wood chips last?
Each container of Premium Wood Chips has about 75–100 uses, and the sample pack in the kit has about 25. Because one use can smoke up to four glasses, one container covers roughly 75–400 drinks. The Premium Wood Chips set includes five containers, one of each flavor.

Care

How do I clean the tray?
The tray seasons as you use it, and you may see a little residue where the glasses sit. That's normal and doesn't affect how it works. Wipe it with a damp cloth if you like, and for spills.

How do I clean the smoke infuser?
The metal parts come apart and can be hand-washed after heavy use. Never submerge the infuser body or motor. Keep the chamber and screen clear for the best smoke. Cleaning instructions and replacement screens are included.
